FAQ’s
1. What should I bring?
Bring Sunscreen, Hats and Sunglasses. Wear shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. Don’t forget to bring your Camera!
2. What and why should I tip the captain / mate?
A 15-20% gratuity is customary in the United States and greatly appreciated.
3. How can I prevent sea sickness?
Start any over the counter sea sickness treatment BEFORE getting on the boat. Be hydrated before starting out by drinking lots of water and avoiding alcohol and spicy foods the night before. Also, staying active and fishing can help too!
4. What’s provided?
Tackle, bait, licenses and ice.
5. How many can fish in our group?
20 passengers , 14 fishing at a time.
6. Bad weather?
A small craft advisory is not considered severe or unsafe weather. Weather forecasts seen on television are not considered a reliable source for sea conditions. If a charter vessel is suddenly unable to perform and a substitution cannot be obtained, 100% of that charter fee of that vessel will be refunded.
